Passover 2012 and The New American Haggadah

This week, our first week together since the Purim spiel and the weeks of preparation for it, we discussed our Passover traditions.  Then, we watched a few interviews with Jonathan Safran Foer, the editor of the New American Haggadah.  Here is one from British television, and here is one from the Colbert Report.

We spent the second part of our class reading excerpts from the book.  We discussed the differences between the new translation and what we are used to reading.
